The brief
Pattern at the centre.
A grey floor-level majlis arranged around a large cream rug with an ornamental medallion.
The seating wraps around the room in a series of grey modules. Cylindrical bolsters and broad back cushions give each position a defined edge while maintaining a continuous arrangement.
A large patterned rug fills the centre, with a pale medallion and decorative border. The landscape and portrait views show both the overall layout and the rhythm of the individual seating sections.
Material edit
Grey seating, cream ornament.
Plain upholstery balances the detailed pattern of the central rug.
